This policy applies to text messages between you and OPS Technology Solutions LLC ("OPS Technology Solutions", "we", "us" or "our"). It covers our text messaging service only. The rules for the service itself are in our SMS Terms & Conditions.
When you text with us, we collect:
We use this information only to communicate with you about your service and support requests.
We may share information only with the service providers needed to deliver messages (for example, our telecommunications provider), or as required by law.
Mobile opt-in information and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
OPS Technology Solutions LLC collects opt-in verbally at their locations or over the phone. When a customer is registered for the first time, they are asked to provide the phone number, and staff is trained to ask if the customer would like to opt in to SMS-based notifications. They will be verbally informed that "Message and data rates may apply", "Message frequency may vary", and they can "text HELP for support or more information and STOP to unsubscribe at any time". They will also be informed that their phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
