Program description: One-to-one conversational text messages between OPS Technology Solutions employees and existing clients and business contacts. Messages include replies to inquiries, appointment and service confirmations, and support follow-ups. No marketing, bulk or automated alert messages.
OPS Technology Solutions LLC collects opt-in verbally at their locations or over the phone. When a customer is registered for the first time, they are asked to provide the phone number, and staff is trained to ask if the customer would like to opt in to SMS-based notifications. They will be verbally informed that "Message and data rates may apply", "Message frequency may vary", and they can "text HELP for support or more information and STOP to unsubscribe at any time". They will also be informed that their phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Message frequency varies. This is a conversational service, so the number of messages you receive depends on your conversation with us. The first message you receive from us may include a link to these terms.
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for the text messages you send to us or receive from us, but your mobile carrier may charge you, depending on your plan.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. The replies STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, and UNSUBSCRIBE all work. After you opt out, we may send you one message to confirm it. Your opt-out applies to the OPS Technology Solutions phone number you were texting with.
